C&Q Data Manager

Take ownership of the site’s master C&Q dataset following RV completion. You will confirm data lock, manage controlled post-RV updates, and ensure full traceability, version control, and inspection-ready audit trails across all changes.

You will work closely with Engineering, Automation, C&Q, and Quality teams to reconcile datasets, identify gaps and inconsistencies, and prevent downstream validation risk.

• Own back-end C&Q master data management post-RV execution
• Confirm, lock, and formally publish approved datasets following RV completion
• Manage non-RV-impacting updates under approved change control processes
• Maintain version control, traceability, and complete audit trails
• Develop and maintain Excel-based trackers, reconciliations, and reports for large datasets
• Build and manage SharePoint-based queries, views, and automated data refreshes
• Perform cross-checks between master data, RV execution records, automation lists, and source engineering data
• Identify gaps, mismatches, duplicates, and outliers before they impact qualification or validation
• Implement data quality and validation checks using formulas and logic

• Experience supporting C&Q, Validation, Automation, or Project Information Management on pharmaceutical manufacturing projects
• Strong understanding of data governance and change control in a GxP environment
• Proven ability to manage large, complex datasets post-execution
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, logic checks, and reconciliation workflows
• Hands‑on experience using SharePoint for controlled data repositories and reporting
• Detail‑oriented with a strong audit and inspection mindset
• Familiarity with Requirements Verification, commissioning workflows, and turnover data
