Operations Manager, Business Analyst
Responsible for supporting Evidence, Value, and Access (EVA) Project Management activities including resource review and allocation against signed scope, coordination of specific project meetings, and management of controlled documents, as per the appropriate SOPs. Provide any additional administrative support as required. Collaborate on internal projects and process improvement initiatives, as assigned.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, as assigned, to fulfill identified project requirements.
- Initiate internal kick‑off meeting, ensure the appropriate materials are prepared and minutes are taken and filed, including project folder set up and other related set up activities. Confirm appropriate handovers are completed from the Commercial team and Business Operations. Ensure the budgeted resources are assigned appropriately for the duration of the project, using the tools available
- Support the Project Leaders in monthly scope reconciliations of contracted hours against forecast and actual spend.
- Support Project Leaders to ensure that any out‑of‑scope activities are processed.
- Support Project Leaders with monthly invoicing in collaboration with Cytel Financial Analyst
- Support the Project Leader to ensure all relevant project documentation is initiated, up to date and follows SOP and other relevant regulations, to support the project oversight, execution and delivery of services, and end of project case study completion
- Manage internal PMO related projects and process improvements with leadership team, as assigned.
- Monitor and maintain staff resourcing against signed scope or agreed out‑of‑scope (in established tools), flag under‑or over assignment of staff members to EVA Leadership Team and support resolutions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Life Science related field
Experience: > 5 years relevant work experience and exposure to a variety of project types within a Life Science position. Experience in a consulting environment preferred.

- Sound resource and financial management skills and Project Management Principles and Methods
- Proficiency in English, orally and written. Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours to facilitate global collaboration (North America, Europe)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective teams, motivate others, communicate and delegate effectively.
- Good computer application skills (MS Office Suite, project management tools)
- Exhibits structured approach to problem‑solving, well organized and systematic
- Ability to multi‑task effectively on several projects and maintain appropriate attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a highly complex program of studies, rescue environment, and successfully deliver on their assigned studies
