Lead - Investor Relations (9-month contract)

Born in the Swiss Alps, On is built on precision, performance, and relentless curiosity. Today, we’re the fastest-growing global premium sportswear brand - and Investor Relations (IR) plays a central role in how our strategy and performance are understood by the market.

Reporting to the Head of IR, you’ll join for a 9-month contract to shape how investors and analysts engage with On. Working to support senior leadership, you’ll translate strategy and financial performance into strong communication. From earnings to roadshows, you’ll ensure every touchpoint reflects the same clarity, quality, and ambition that define On.

Your Mission

You will help execute On’s IR agenda, ensuring consistency, credibility, and momentum across all capital markets communications.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development and communication of On’s equity story, translating strategy and results into clear IR messaging.
  • Assisting in preparation of quarterly earnings materials including press releases, scripts, Q&A documents, presentations, and supporting analysis.
  • Acting as a point of contact for analysts and investors, managing enquiries and building trusted relationships.
  • Maintaining core IR resources such as analyst consensus tracking, pre- and post-earnings analysis and the IR website.
  • Monitoring share price activity, peer performance, sector trends, and market sentiment, and sharing insights with internal stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Managing operational execution of key investor moments including earnings calls, roadshows, conferences, and the Annual General Meeting.
Your story

You bring a strong foundation in finance and capital markets, paired with a genuine passion for communication.

You have:

  • 5+ years of experience in IR, sell-side research or investing (preferably equities). Preferably at least Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or similar.
  • Solid understanding of valuation methodologies, financial modelling, and capital markets dynamics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English, with the ability to turn complex financial information into clear, engaging and polished narratives.
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail combined with strong organisational skills, comfort managing multiple priorities and working cross-functionally.
About the Team

IR connects On with its shareholders and the wider financial community. You’ll join a small, highly collaborative team, sitting in Finance but partnering closely with teams across the organisation and senior management to deliver best-in-class investor engagement across reporting, events, and daily market interactions.

Just by the banks of the Limmat you’ll find our largest global hub in Zürich West – On Labs – where you can hike up 12 floors through our custom-built spiral trail.

What we offer

On is a place that is centered around growth and progress. We offer an environment designed to give people the tools to develop holistically – to stay active, to learn, explore and innovate. Our distinctive approach combines a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere, with access to personal self-care for both physical and mental well-being, so each person is led by purpose.

On is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are committed to creating a work environment that is fair and inclusive, where all decisions related to recruitment, advancement, and retention are free of discrimination.

We want to set everyone up for success, so here’s the lowdown on how we hire. Our process is a two-way street – bringing you into our culture, while helping us learn how you think.

Our full process can last about eight weeks from application to offer, because we care about getting it right. These steps explain how we usually do things.

Before you get started, feel free to consider if you want to work with us. Strange question? Well, we give people a lot of space to navigate their day-to-day and that style isn't for everyone. We want you to be passionate about what you do and be sure this is the right fit. Because when skills and passion combine – it creates that "Wow" moment.

Step

One:

It starts with you...

You'll start by submitting your application to a specific role.

We try to keep this step as simple as possible. We do get a lot of applications, but we review them all. If you're a good fit to the role, a recruiter will follow up with you directly. If you didn't receive a reply, or were unsuccessful this time around, we encourage you to look for other possible matches at On.
