Customer Success Manager; F​/M​/D

Your task

• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• New customers:
  Onboarding, software implementation, training and proactive support – actively supporting customers from their first use through to becoming active users
• Existing customers:
  Actively maintaining existing customer relationships, proactively providing information on new products and potential applications
• Strategic consulting
• Customer feedback and internal reporting
• Participation in trade fairs and events

• A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field. Career changers with relevant professional experience are also welcome
• Experience in the IT sector and an interest in business contexts
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain close relationships with customers and partners
• Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in standard software
• Very good knowledge of German and English
