Project Engineer - Civil

Responsibilities

• Quality Control and Safety Management:
  Ensure adherence to quality control standards and safety protocols in all phases of construction, particularly for high-rise buildings with multiple basements.
• Project Scheduling:
  Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules in alignment with the master work schedule to ensure timely project completion.
• Construction Supervision:
  Oversee and monitor construction activities to ensure they are executed as per the approved drawings and relevant documentation.
• Coordination with Corporate Departments:
  Liaise with corporate office departments for drawings, designs, materials, work schedules, BOQ, and utility work requirements.
• Quality Assurance:
  Maintain and monitor the quality of construction work to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
• Estimations and Requisition s:
  Prepare estimates, check requisition lists, and ensure the quantity and quality of materials and stock control.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  Inspect and review projects to ensure compliance with building codes, safety codes, and other relevant regulations.
• Documentation and Certification:
  Verify and certify Monthly Progress Reports (MPR), Monthly Requisition Reports (MRR), and petty cash bills.
