- Lead system completion efforts including walkdowns, punch management, and turnover readiness
- Coordinate closely with CSA, E&I, QA/QC, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless system integration and handover

- 10+ years of experience in piping construction within industrial or life sciences projects
- Proven track record in a senior supervisory or construction lead role
- Strong background supervising piping installation across process and utility systems
- Demonstrated experience driving projects through testing, completion, and turnover phases
- Solid understanding of systemization, commissioning interfaces, and phased handover
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, isometrics, and construction drawings
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and subcontractor management skills
- Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
- Experience enforcing safety, quality, and productivity standards on complex job sites
- Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other highly regulated project experience
- Familiarity with GMP environments, clean utilities, and high-purity piping systems
