Project Executive- Mission Critical

We are seeking a Project Executive to oversee large-scale hyperscale data center projects across the U.S. This is a high-visibility, travel-based leadership role ideal for a senior construction professional with deep experience in the mission critical sector. The Project Executive will be responsible for total project delivery, client relationships, and team performance across all phases—from pursuit through closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as executive sponsor for hyperscale data center projects nationwide
• Lead teams of PMs, Supers, Engineers, and MEP staff across multiple project sites
• Maintain strong relationships with hyperscale clients, vendors, and consultants
• Oversee project financials, risk management, buyout strategies, and contract negotiations
• Monitor milestone tracking, quality standards, and client deliverables
• Collaborate with executive leadership on forecasting, pipeline strategy, and staffing
• Mentor project teams and develop next-generation leadership

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of commercial construction experience with 5+ years in mission critical
• Must have delivered hyperscale data center projects from preconstruction to turnover
• Proven success managing multiple large-scale jobs simultaneously ($100M+)
• Expertise in MEP systems, schedule acceleration, and commissioning
• Executive-level communication and client-facing skills
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and enterprise project management tools
• Willingness to travel to project sites nationwide
