Office Fit Out Project Manager – Mission Critical Data Centers

We are partnering with a leading Mission Critical General Contractor seeking an experienced Office Fit Out Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale hyperscale and enterprise data center projects across Indiana and the surrounding region.

This is an opportunity to join a contractor with a substantial backlog of Data Centers projects and a strong growth trajectory. You will lead the delivery of office, administration, and support spaces within a large-scale data center campus. You'll oversee all aspects of the fit-out process, including planning, subcontractor management, schedule, budget, quality, and client coordination, ensuring a seamless handover in a fast-paced mission-critical environment.

• Manage commercial office/interior fit-out projects for a General Contractor from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate multiple trades while overseeing schedules, RFIs, submittals, budgets, and overall project execution.
• Utilize Procore and other construction management software to drive project delivery and document control.
• Lead field teams and subcontractors while maintaining clear communication in a fast-track construction environment.
• Deliver high-quality office fit-out projects, with data center or mission-critical experience considered an advantage.

• Data center or mission-critical experience with a General Contractor preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution, mechanical systems, controls, and commissioning processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trade partners and complex field operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
