Director of Construction / Project Executive – Data Center Construction (General Contractor)

We are partnering with a well-established commercial general contractor to identify an experienced Project Executive with a proven track record delivering large-scale data center construction projects.

This is an onsite position in Indiana.

This executive leadership role is responsible for overseeing multiple mission-critical construction projects, providing strategic direction to project teams, maintaining key client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

• Provide executive oversight of multiple data center construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners.
• Drive project financial performance, forecasting, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Support business development efforts and participate in client presentations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to improve operational performance and project delivery.

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience, including significant data center experience (Data center experience is an absolute must)
• Experience in a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, or Operations leadership role with a general contractor.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple large, complex construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and financial management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.

• Established commercial general contractor with approximately 500 employees.

• Base salary:
  Up to $325,000
