• OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certification
• ACI certification
• Experience directing and managing multiple crews
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sage, and construction management software
• Ability to mentor and develop team members
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the concrete industry
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to implement and manage job site schedules and budgets
• Ensure job site safety and regulatory compliance
• Clean driving record
• Strong accountability and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset

• Material quantity calculations and ordering
• Forming and pouring concrete
• Concrete finishing, including slabs to hard trowel finish.
• Construction equipment operation and oversight
