Estimator | Indiana | $100k - 120k
Renewyx have partnered with a growing commercial general contractor delivering projects across Indiana and they are looking to bring on an Estimator.
The business has a steady, diverse pipeline of commercial work and is looking for an estimator who can support that growth with accurate, well-supported numbers.
The role:You will prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, lead subcontractor bid leveling, and develop accurate cost estimates that support projects from proposal through award.
What you'll bring:- Solid background estimating ground-up commercial construction projects
- Comfortable reading drawings and specs to build detailed quantity takeoffs
- Strong grasp of current market pricing and subcontractor bid comparison
- On-Screen Takeoff or Bluebeam experience
- Design-build estimating experience
- Relationships with regional subcontractor networks
- Commercial Industry experience
- Permanent role
- Based across active project sites in Indiana
- Room to grow with a business scaling its pipeline fast
