* them. You’ll lead the charge from early concept and estimating all the way through commissioning and closeout. You’ll guide Construction Managers, Site Supers, Foremen, and Project Engineers, helping them grow while delivering projects that make our clients say, “Wow.” If you like solving problems, building high‑performance teams, and seeing your work come to life in the real world, this is your kind of role.
You’ll Do
- Lead project teams
— Work closely with AdvanceTEC teammates, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers to keep everyone aligned and moving. - Drive procurement
— Own buy‑out, vendor selection, and bid reviews to make sure we’re partnering with the right people. - Build smart bidder lists
— Identify the right subcontractors and vendors for each project. - Manage bids
— Send out bid packages/RFPs, review responses, and compare technical and commercial details. - Support field leadership
— Give Construction Managers and Project Engineers what they need to succeed. - Oversee logistics + site setup
— Everything from trailers to signage to connectivity. - Own project documentation
— Specs, drawings, RFIs, submittals, commitments — all organized in Procore. - Track materials
— Build and maintain a project‑specific material log. - Set schedules + milestones
— Create integrated schedules with clear dependencies and milestones. - Manage drawing revisions
— Keep your team up to date with the latest information. - Run submittals + RFIs
— Develop the submittal log, track progress, and resolve RFIs quickly. - Lead change control
— Handle design development changes, VE ideas, and client‑requested scope adjustments. - Own the budget
— Update monthly forecasts and keep financials on track. - Deliver a smooth closeout
— Ensure materials, documentation, and client expectations are fully met.
- Bachelor’s degree
in Construction Management or Engineering (strongly preferred). - A passion for technology and construction

— Microsoft Office, Procore, MS Project/P6, Navisworks, Bluebeam. - Ability to read drawings and specs
and navigate complex project documents.
You’ll travel to active project sites — mostly along the East Coast, but occasionally across the U.S. or Canada depending on client needs.
