This is a Commercial Construction Superintendent role—not a Residential or Property Maintenance Superintendent.

If you've built your career managing ground-up big box retail projects
, this is an opportunity to join a growing, family-owned General Contractor with a strong pipeline and a leadership team that invests in its people.

• Lead ground-up commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality on-site
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and help develop future leaders
• Keep projects on schedule while maintaining strong client relationships

• 5+ years as a Superintendent with a Commercial General Contractor
• Big Box Retail construction experience is required
• A leader who enjoys coaching and developing others

• Regional travel only (Midwest)
• Paid trips home every 3 weeks
• Company vehicle + per diem package
