• Lead ground-up commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality on-site
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and help develop future leaders
• Keep projects on schedule while maintaining strong client relationships

• 5+ years as a Superintendent with a Commercial General Contractor
• Big Box Retail construction experience is required
• Ground-up construction expertise
• A leader who enjoys coaching and developing others

• Regional travel only (Midwest)
• Paid trips home every 3 weeks
