Project Scheduler – Hyperscale Data Center - Indiana - $130,000 per year, plus $6,000 P/m per diem
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join the team delivering a major 400 MW hyperscale data center campus in Indiana.
This is a key site-based position supporting the coordination and scheduling of materials, equipment, rentals, subcontractors, and deliveries across a large-scale 60-acre construction site.
The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring that materials and equipment arrive when required, that deliveries are coordinated efficiently, and that items are directed to the correct location on site.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule inbound deliveries of construction materials, equipment, plant, and rental items.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractor deliveries and site access.
- Confirm delivery dates, times, unloading requirements, and designated placement areas.
- Maintain accurate daily and weekly delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies.
- Track upcoming and outstanding deliveries and follow up where necessary.
- Monitor delivery progress and communicate changes, delays, or issues to the relevant project teams.
- Coordinate multiple deliveries and competing priorities across a busy construction site.
- Identify potential scheduling conflicts and proactively work with stakeholders to resolve them.
- Help minimize site congestion, delivery conflicts, and unnecessary downtime.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in project scheduling, construction scheduling, logistics coordination, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Experience coordinating multiple activities, deliveries, resources, or subcontractors within a time-critical environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience maintaining project schedules, trackers, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing requirements.
- Experience identifying scheduling conflicts and developing practical solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to follow-up.
- Previous experience on large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, data center, power, or similar projects is preferred.
This is an opportunity to work on a major 400 MW hyperscale data center development, spanning approximately 60 acres.
The project will involve a large number of contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, equipment providers, and transportation partners, making effective scheduling and site logistics critical to successful project delivery.
