$110,000 - $140,000 base + up to 35% bonus | Nationwide Travel | Full-Time
Are you an experienced Steel Erection Travelling Superintendent looking for your next opportunity with a company that values the people doing the work?
We’re looking for a seasoned Superintendent to take the lead on pre-engineered metal building and steel erection projects across the U.S.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a jobsite, manage crews, coordinate with project stakeholders, and keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
What you’ll be doing :- Lead and supervise mid to large sized erection crews
- Oversee steel and pre‑engineered metal building erection activities
- Coordinate daily site operations, sequencing, scheduling and manpower
- Read and interpret construction drawings and plans
- Mentor, manage, and train jobsite personnel
- Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams
- Identify and resolve issues quickly as they arise
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements
- 10+ years of construction/trade experience
- 5+ years specifically in steel erection or PEMB
- 5+ years of supervisory experience leading mid‑to‑large crews
- OSHA 30 and First Aid certification
- Aerial platform and forklift certification
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and standard construction technology
- A Construction Management or related degree is preferred, but substantial field experience can substitute
$110K–$140K base salary, depending on experience
Up to 35% performance‑based bonus potential
Per diem paid 7 days a week

Extensive U.S. travel is required for this position.
