Renewyx has partnered with an established general contractor delivering commercial, healthcare, and industrial projects across Indiana to identify an Estimator. This role plays a central part in shaping the numbers behind each project's success, from early takeoffs through final bid submission.
The Estimator will manage full-cycle estimating across commercial, healthcare, and industrial projects, including quantity takeoffs, bid package preparation, and subcontractor buyout, working closely with the preconstruction and project teams.
- Demonstrated full-cycle estimating experience, including takeoffs and bid packages
- Strong ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
- Experience estimating ground-up and renovation projects in commercial, healthcare, or industrial sectors
- Experience with on-screen takeoff software such as Bluebeam or OST
- Exposure to GMP or CM-at-risk delivery methods
- A construction estimating or engineering degree
- On-site across active project locations in Indiana
- A regional general contractor with a growing project pipeline
