We've partnered with a well-established general contractor building commercial, healthcare, and industrial projects across Indiana, and they're looking for a Preconstruction Manager to join the team. If you like getting involved before the real work starts, shaping budgets, developing GMPs, and steering value engineering, this could be a great fit.
The role:
You'll lead preconstruction on a mix of ground-up and renovation projects, working closely with project teams to build out budgets, GMPs, and value engineering plans before construction begins.
- You've used Bluebeam or On-Screen Takeoff
- You've worked on healthcare or industrial projects
- You have a construction management or engineering degree
- On-site, across active project sites in Indiana
- A growing regional GC with plenty of runway
