Freelance Graphic Designer

This role focuses on designing eye-catching thumbnails that capture the essence of each video and attract viewers. You will collaborate remotely on a weekly basis, delivering high-quality visuals that align with the channel’s positive and vibrant brand identity. • Create four initial thumbnail sketches each week for review and feedback
• Produce a final, polished thumbnail based on selected sketch and team input
• Ensure all thumbnails are visually compelling, on-brand, and optimized for You Tube
• Incorporate revisions promptly as requested
• Maintain open communication with the team to align on creative direction

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of digital artwork or You Tube thumbnails
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Excellent drawing and illustration skills
• Ability to interpret feedback and make revisions efficiently
• Strong sense of color, composition, and visual storytelling
• Familiarity with You Tube best practices for thumbnails
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet weekly deadlines
• Comfortable working fully remote and collaborating online
