Join a dynamic project as a UGC Content Creator, producing authentic, short‑form vertical videos for a social networking app that connects people through real‑life events. This role is ideal for creators based in Germany or fluent German speakers who excel at capturing natural, relatable moments on a smartphone. The focus is on genuine, performance‑driven content that resonates with audiences and encourages offline connections.
You will collaborate closely with a creative performance agency, receive detailed scripts and creative direction, and have the opportunity for ongoing assignments as part of a growing creator pool.
- Produce short‑form, vertical UGC videos (15–60 seconds) in German, following provided scripts and creative briefs
- Capture content that feels authentic, unscripted, and relatable, avoiding influencer‑style delivery
- Film yourself using a smartphone in real‑life settings, ensuring high‑quality audio and visuals
- Submit content for review and revisions as needed, adhering to project timelines
- Sign a Creators Agreement covering image rights and synthetic usage permissions for paid ads and AI‑generated variations
- Participate in ongoing collaboration opportunities for future campaigns
- Native or fluent German speaker, with clear and engaging on‑camera presence
- Based in Germany or able to create content relevant to a German audience
- Demonstrated experience producing natural, credible UGC video content for social media platforms (Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, etc.)
- Comfortable filming yourself and following creative direction
- Ability to deliver projects on time and respond to feedback constructively
- Willingness to sign agreements regarding content usage and image rights
- Reliable access to a smartphone with a quality camera and stable internet connection
