Social Media Marketing Specialist

This role is ideal for a creative social media professional passionate about neuroscience, energetic alignment, and lifestyle branding. You will help elevate a growing business by curating a visually cohesive Instagram presence that blends brain science education with a soft, feminine, Portugal-inspired aesthetic. The focus is on crafting high-quality content that demystifies neuroscience concepts, showcases the founder’s travels and interests, and fosters an engaged online community.

You will be responsible for content creation, maintaining a neat Instagram grid, and managing community interactions, while direct client communications will remain with the founder. This is a one-month trial with the potential for a long-term collaboration as the business expands.

• Develop and execute a content calendar tailored to neuroscience, energetic alignment, and lifestyle themes.
• Design and schedule visually appealing Instagram posts and stories that reflect a soft, feminine, Lisbon-inspired aesthetic.
• Create educational content that explains brain science in an accessible, engaging manner.
• Curate lifestyle posts highlighting travel, personal interests, and the founder’s unique perspective.
• Maintain a cohesive and professional Instagram grid layout.
• Respond to comments and basic inquiries, fostering a welcoming and supportive community.
• Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights for growth strategies.

• Demonstrated experience managing and growing Instagram accounts, preferably in wellness, coaching, or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for feminine, European-inspired aesthetics.
• Ability to translate complex neuroscience concepts into clear, engaging social content.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g.,  Canva ,  Adobe Creative Suite , or similar).
• Excellent written communication and community management skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently within agreed timelines.
• Interest in neuroscience, energetic alignment, or personal development is a plus.
• Availability for a one-month trial, with potential for ongoing work.
