• Providing end-to-end renewal execution support to large and SME B2B customers in Europe and keeping track of the negotiations, productportfolioand entitlement metrics
• Navigating the transactional steps related to renewals and restructures based on the applicable
  
  Terms and Conditions, including the code to cash process
• Procesing business data, calculations and business proposals for renewals
• Reducing customer churn thanks to good command of the end-to-end renewal process and compliance matters
• Cooperation with other internal functions and regions
• Leadingnegotiations in away that ismutually beneficial totheclientand the customer
• Knowledgeable in commercial metrics and forecasting principles

• Experience in acustomer facing role with an ability to consider multiple stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English at C1 level and Germanat B2 level
• Experience with CRM systems and corporate operational processes
• Experience with business data processing, pricing and calculations
• Experience with the compliance aspects of business processes
• Experience with contract/customer renewals is an advantage
