Nous recherchons pour notre client un/une conseiller/ère à la clientèle dans le secteur des télécommunications 80–100%.
Votre profil- Excellentes connaissances de l’italien et du français (langue maternelle / niveau C1) ou de l’italien et du suisse allemand
- Très bon suisse allemand ou italien, à l’oral et à l’écrit
- Expérience dans le service client ou le conseil (un atout)
- Excellentes compétences en communication et forte orientation client
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS Office, CRM)
- Fiabilité, ponctualité et attitude professionnelle
- Conseil téléphonique et service à la clientèle
- Analyse des besoins des clients et proposition de solutions adaptées
- Soutien dans la résolution de problèmes et les tâches administratives
- Utilisation de systèmes CRM et d’outils digitaux
