• Build and price itineraries on Amadeus; issue, reissue and refund tickets
• Find the best routings and consolidator fares for complex international trips
• Handle schedule changes and disruptions calmly and fast
• Support the corporate desk with GST-compliant ticketing

• Amadeus or Galileo proficiency
• Fare construction & ticketing rules
• Calm under pressure
• IATA/UFTAA certification a plus
• Graduate; IATA/UFTAA foundation or GDS certification strongly preferred
