Snowsports Customer Assistant

The Snow sports Customer Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests by being well- informed and accommodatingly respectful. Our staff must be Holi Mont – core- values
-oriented, enthusiastic, and cordial. Successful team members will assist members and guests with information, sales, and service. The assistant will work closely with the administrative team in selling and scheduling lessons. Basic office tasks and additional duties will be assigned as needed.

• Greet and assist members and guests at the Snow sports Office
• Manage and process lesson requests in person and over the phone
• Use resort software to schedule and sell lessons
• Conduct ticket sales, handle currency, and run a cash register
• Data Entry and Administration support
• Assist Snow sports Program Supervisors with additional tasks when necessary
• Accommodate questions and requests from Instructors and Coaches

• Must Have Good Customer Service and Communication Skills
• Must have basic knowledge with using a computer
• Available to work weekdays and weekends
