• Outpatient general GI practice with 3.5 days dedicated to endoscopy, 1 day clinic, and .5 day admin time.
• Share a low?frequency weeknight call rotation (Mon‑Thurs). Inpatient Nocturnist takes first call.
• Each physician works with a skilled APP, and scheduler. APP support overnight.
