Job Summary
Beacon Cancer Care’s medical oncology program is a central component of our comprehensive cancer services, providing advanced, patient‑centered care across the region. The program emphasizes timely access to care, high‑quality outcomes, clinical trial access, precision medicine, and novel therapies.
Must Have Qualifications- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Committed to clinical excellence
- Excellent communication skills and dedication to delivering high‑quality patient care
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- 36 patient contact hours per week
- Call duties shared at a 1:5 ratio on weekdays and weekends, coordinated with general surgery partners
- 1.0 FTE position with call shared equally among the group
- Participation in multidisciplinary Tumor Boards
- Research opportunities available
- Affiliation with Indiana University School of Medicine at Notre Dame and Memorial Hospital Family Medicine Residency for teaching residents, medical students, and supervising post‑graduate trainees
- Participation in limited medical student/resident education and clinical research with regional academic centers
