Curriculum Engineer – Dual Education System (CH) – Outcome-Based Adaptation for India

We are looking for a specialist for the consistent, system-faithful implementation of curricula

Not for concepts. Not for fundamental discussions.
For precise execution.
The starting point for all work is the Swiss dual education system
.
The curricula created are intended for the Indian educational context and must be OBE-compliant, coherent and auditable
. The role is located in an international (Indian) educational context and follows a clearly defined system logic. Success is measured by comprehensibility, coherence and formal auditability – not originality.
Order
- Implement specified program and curriculum architectures 1:1
- Develop outcome-based education structures (PEO, PSEO, PO, PSO, CO incl. CO-PO mapping)
- Stringently derive learning and performance objectives, practical components and assessments
- Create, version and maintain module and program documentation
- Identify and report structural inconsistencies at an early stage
- Ensure that the curricula are transferable from the Swiss model to the Indian context in a system-compliant manner
Only suitable if
- You have proven experience in operational curriculum implementation
- Outcome Based Education for you is craft
, not discussion - Mappings, performance targets and verification systems are routine for you
- Excel is a natural working tool
- You implement feedback without ego and without the urge to interpret
Frame
Permanent position 60-100 % or mandate
Switzerland / remote share possible
