Position OverviewAs Admissions Coordinator at the School of Tomorrow, you are the first point of contact for interested families. The focus of this role is on individual school tours, personal interviews, and on-site appointments at our locations in Uster, Zurich Sihlberg, and Zurich Augustinerhof.
You actively and personally accompany families from initial contact to enrollment and ensure that they experience our school, our values, and our learning concept authentically. This position is not a traditional back-office role, but rather a visible, communicative, and present task with a lot of direct contact with families.
Key Responsibilities- Personal support & school tours:
Conducting individual school tours and personal appointments with interested families at our locations in Uster, Zurich Sihlberg, and Zurich Augustinerhof - Building a trusting relationship with families through personal conversations on site
- Presentation of the school's philosophy, programs, and values in direct exchange
- Application management:
First point of contact for interested families by phone, email, and in person - Responding to inquiries and coordinating individual viewing appointments
- Ensuring professional and timely communication
- Support during the admission process:
Active support for families throughout the application and admission process - Support with applications, enrollment, and administrative procedures
- Maintenance and organization of application documents in the CRM system
- Tracking registrations and personal follow-up
- CRM and data management:
Maintenance and updating of all contacts, appointments, and admission status in the CRM system - Support in evaluating inquiries, appointments, and registrations
- Event support:
Participation in open days, information events, and location events - Follow-up with participants
- Ongoing personal communication with families
- Support with the complete submission of all documents
- Tracking payments and formal requirements before the start of the school year
- Close coordination with admissions, teaching, and location teams
- Ensuring a smooth transition for new students
- Completed education (high school diploma or equivalent); university degree an advantage
- Experience in customer contact, ideally in consulting, sales, hospitality, education, or services
- Enjoyment of personal interaction and direct contact with families
- High willingness to travel and work between locations
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
- Excellent communication skills and confident, empathetic manner
- Very good knowledge of German and English; other languages are an advantage
- Regular personal appointments on site
- Occasional evening or weekend assignments for appointments or events
