Operations & Digital Customer Experience Specialist

You’llwork on projects that improve customer touchpoints, implement innovative digital tools, andharmoniseoperational processes to deliver more user-friendly digital experiences for customers.

• Career Path:Start with a permanent contract from day one. Over 12 months, experience two rotations across departments and transition into a landing role where you can continue to grow.

• Impact & Networking:Contribute to key transformation projects, from improving operational touchpoints to

  . Work closely with talented colleagues and senior leaders across Europe to support customer retention.

• You have graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate by
  June 2026
  , ideally in
  Business, International Management, Digital Transformation, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  .
• You are a
  career starter
  with no more than one year of professional experience.
• You have initial experience ideally gained during structured work or internship inconsulting orotherrelevant experience.
• You have a strong interest in
  operations, digital tools, customer experience, and process optimisation
  . It is a plus if you are familiar with
  Salesforce, Genesis, or similar tools
  .
• You are curious, proactive, and comfortable coordinating and driving improvements.
• You are based in
  Switzerland
  , and fluent in
  French and English
  .
• You bring
  international experience
  , whether through study, work abroad, or collaboration in a global environment.
• You are available to work
  full-time
  and can
  start within the next 3 months
  .
• You have the
  legal right to work in Switzerland
  (e.g., residency, visa).
