Tabor Academy seeks a full-time Captain for the historic schooner Tabor Boy. You will serve as one of two adult leaders aboard the vessel, mentoring a student crew and ensuring safe operations during school-year and summer programs.
The Captain will work with Senior Captain to grow participation, plan voyages, and explore winter/travel programming, with housing possibly included in compensation.
