1 Elementary School Mentor
Qualifications- Minimum of three (3) years administrative experience required
- Must be a current Marion County Principal (Preference will be given to Principals currently in the programmatic level)
- Knowledge of WV Standards of Effective Schools
- Knowledge of WV Principal Leadership Framework
- Focus on the managerial and instructional leadership needs of principals
- Assist with specific needs, questions, and supports
- Collect documentation for professional personnel files
- Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or Superintendent
- Collaborates with and reports to Superintendent
