The Anibar Animation Academy (AAA) is seeking a new member to join our team as the Coordinator of the Prishtina Academy. This role offers an opportunity to lead and manage our Academy’s activities in Prishtina, helping to develop animation education in Kosovo.

The Anibar Animation Academy (AAA) is an educational institution established by Anibar to provide structured animation education for young people in Kosovo. It was created as a response to the lack of formal animation programs and the growing interest of local youth in the art of animation. AAA aims to nurture young talent, foster creativity, and build professional skills through its comprehensive curriculum.

• Oversee the daily operations of the Prishtina Academy;
• Manage and coordinate workshops, courses, and other educational activities in line with the Academy’s strategic goals;
• Collaborate with mentors, students, and external partners to ensure the smooth running of the Academy;
• Develop and implement outreach programs to engage new students and grow the animation community in Prishtina;
• Liaise with local and international partners to promote the Academy’s vision and activities.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills;
• Communication and collaboration abilities;
• Experience in project management, preferably in educational or cultural fields;
• Passion for the arts, animation, and cultural development;
• Sensitive, careful, and respectful in approach to work and relationships with people;
• Proficient in Albanian and English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus);
