Special Education Teacher | Resource Room - Middle School (Indiana 2026–2027 School Year)
Full-Time | 37.5 Hours/Week | W2 with Full Benefits | Open to Local or Travel Candidates
Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking multiple licensed Special Education Teachers to support a grade 6‑8 resource room caseload with a school district in Clinton County, Indiana for the 2026–2027 School Year. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Special Education professional who values collaboration, structured support, and the ability to make a measurable impact on students’ social-emotional and behavioral development.
- Classroom: Resource Room
- Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
- Contract Type: W2
- Start Date: 8/3/2026
- End Date: 5/27/2027

– Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with students, parents, and other educators to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Assessing individual learning needs and abilities.
- Developing individualized educational plans and setting learning goals.
- Collaborating with teachers to adapt and modify instructional materials and teaching techniques to meet students’ needs.
- Implementing teaching strategies and techniques appropriate for students with a variety of learning difficulties.
- Providing one-on-one tutoring or small group instruction.
- Monitoring students’ progress and adjusting instruction as needed.
- Maintaining detailed records of students’ progress and updating educational plans accordingly.
- Communicating effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals about students’ progress and needs.
- Providing support and guidance to mainstream teachers working with students with learning difficulties.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education.
- Active Indiana Teaching License with Special Education Endorsement.
- Prior experience with Middle School Ages is required.
- Strong classroom management.
- Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation.
