Fall Creek Christian Church exists to lead others into a growing relationship with Jesus. We are looking for a high-energy, relationally gifted Kids' Ministry Director who is ready to lead a Christ-centered program for kids (Nursery–6th Grade) that is safe, fun, and focused on spiritual growth.

This is a full-time role reporting to the Elders and Admin Minister. You will provide the overall direction and leadership to Fall Creek Kids' Ministry (Nursery–6th Grade), their families, and a team of dedicated volunteers. This role is both a people-first calling and a hands-on operational one: you'll cast vision and build relationships, while also owning the behind-the-scenes details - recruiting and scheduling volunteers, coordinating classrooms and curriculum, and keeping Sunday mornings and special events running smoothly so kids encounter Jesus in an environment that is safe, fun, and well cared for.
