• Job Description:
• Teach academic, debate and exam-prep English programs (IELTS, SAT, Cambridge, Debate, etc.)
• Train talented students for competitions and international scholarship goals
• Prepare lessons, develop academic materials, and contribute to curriculum design
• Monitor student progress and provide personalized academic advice
• Participate in professional development, workshops, and internal training
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in English Language Teaching, TESOL, Education, or related fields
• International teaching certificates or high proficiency scores (IELTS >= 8.0 or equivalent) preferred for non-native speakers
• Experience with gifted students or competitive exams is a strong advantage
• Strong communication, classroom management, and teamwork skills
