• Consistently strong academic record with First Class at UG and PG levels.
• Minimum qualifications and experience as per UGC norms.
• Strong record of research publications, funded projects, patents, consultancy, and academic contributions.

• Minimum 8–12 years of teaching, research, and academic administration experience in reputed universities/institutions.
• Experience in curriculum development, accreditation processes (NBA, NAAC, ABET, etc.), research supervision, and industry engagement.
• Demonstrated success in guiding student projects, research initiatives, and interdisciplinary activities.

• Support departmental planning, academic administration, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Contribute to accreditation and ranking activities including NBA, NAAC, NIRF, QS, and other quality frameworks.
• Participate in committees related to curriculum, examinations, admissions, and institutional development.

• Mentor Assistant Professors and junior faculty members in teaching, research, and professional growth.
• Promote collaborative research and interdisciplinary academic activities.

• Support admissions, outreach activities, branding initiatives, and placement efforts.
• Represent the university at academic, research, and professional forums.
• Contribute to the university's mission of academic excellence, innovation, and global engagement.
