Electrical Supervisor

Our client is a leading multinational engineering services provider and general contractor who employ over 2,000 and deliver leading‑edge construction solutions across a range of key sectors including Data Centres, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Technology, Fire protection, Building Services, and Technical Support Services. They are currently looking for Electrical Supervisors to join them on a Data Centre Project in Switzerland.

• Supervise daily electrical installation activities on site, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and in accordance with design specifications.
• Coordinate and manage electrical tradespeople and subcontractors, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to maintain productivity and quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with electrical codes, standards, and project-specific requirements.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, conducting toolbox talks and ensuring safe working practices among the electrical team.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors to resolve site issues and coordinate electrical works with other disciplines.
• Monitor the use and availability of materials, tools, and equipment, reporting shortages or defects to maintain uninterrupted workflow.
• Assist in quality control by identifying defects, managing punch lists, and supporting commissioning and testing activities.
• Maintain accurate daily reports of electrical work progress, manpower, and any incidents, providing updates to site management.

• A minimum of 5 years of electrical construction experience.
• A professional qualification in the electrical field.
• EU right to work is required for this position.
• Data Centre experience is preferred however not essential.
• Experience Managing Subcontractors.
