Activities & Responsibilities:
- Interdisciplinary collaboration on BIM/CAD projects.
- Execution of engineering and construction models using Autodesk tools (e.g., Revit, Civil 3D, Autocad).
- Creation of BIM models, execution plans, and 3D models from 2D drawings based on point clouds.
- Preparation and management of model data for internal and external stakeholders.
- Model quality, clash detection, and validation in line with ISO 19650 and project specifications.
- Implementation of internal BIM/CAD standards.
- Degree in civil engineering, or technical training as a technician/CAD designer.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM modeler in the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong proficiency in Revit (min. LOD 300); experience with Civil 3D and Dynamo/Grasshopper is an asset.
- Experience in complex building construction or infrastructure projects.
- Solution-oriented, communicative, and team-focused.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience creating parametric Revit families for industrial projects.
- Scan‑to‑BIM and digital twin experience.
- BIM coordination of interdisciplinary projects.
- Experience working with SLAM and point cloud processing.
