ResponsibilitiesLead HVAC scope for greenfield and expansion data center projects across India
Developing and implementing SOP / playbook for Data center Project Planning, execution and compliance.
Review HVAC designs in line with applicable and Uptime standards
Manage HVAC consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, and commissioning agents
Act as Senior Interface for High Stake Customers and Projects.
Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover to operations
Participate in technical evaluations, BOQs, tenders, and vendor selection.
Developing and Drive a team of Data Center project experts for OTD of projects by means of managing shared resources for multiple projects.
Tracking of Project KPI (Operational/ financial) and carry out continuous improvement.
Coordinate with Manufacturing Locations for On time delivery of Equipments
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
12+ years of HVAC experience, with strong exposure to data center or mission-critical projects in India
Hands-on experience with chilled water systems, CRAH/CRAC, and high-density cooling
Proven ability to manage multi-site projects, vendors, and fast-track schedules
Familiarity with Indian codes, local authorities, and site execution practices
PMP / data center certifications preferred
