Trenching Supervisor

As a Trenching Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our cable burial operations, leading a skilled team and ensuring every task runs smoothly and safely. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of crucial offshore projects.

• Lead and supervise the Cable Burial Tool operators, riggers, and assisting engineers during cable burial operations.
• Ensure all activities are conducted according to task plans, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Monitor and assess the performance of personnel and equipment continuously.

• Adhere to QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and values.
• Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
• Ensure compliance with statutory legislation and safety procedures.

• Liaise with the OIM, Field Engineers, Chief Engineer, and Trenching Experts regarding the CBT and associated procedures.
• Provide updates on the operational status of the CBT and any project-specific burial equipment.
• Maintain a cooperative and healthy working atmosphere on board.

• Assist in the maintenance and improvement programs for the CBT, both onshore and offshore.
• Manage spare parts and consumables for the CBT.
• Continuously optimize the burial process and equipment performance.

• Assist in training CBT operators and other crew members.
• Participate in the development and implementation of training programs.

• Supervise and assist with the mobilization and demobilization of project-specific equipment.
• Review project-specific cable burial documentation and understand the project scope of work.
