* POSITION SUMMARY:

** The Engineering Support Specialist serves as a key technical support resource across engineering teams, providing hands-on assistance in data analysis, process troubleshooting, documentation, and the implementation of engineering changes. This role supports ongoing development efforts by translating engineering direction into actionable support activities. The Engineering Support Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, drive improvements, and maintain accurate technical records across manufacturing, industrial, and product domains.

* Support engineering teams in resolving technical issues through root cause data gathering and analysis.
* Participate in implementation of process and design changes.
* Update process documentation, drawings, and test records.
* Coordinate cross-functional communication on smaller projects or improvement efforts.
* Managing internal document control or technical libraries.
* Supporting internal audits, inspections, or compliance documentation.
* Performing preliminary equipment troubleshooting or calibration support.
* Work independently on routine assignments and under direction on complex tasks.

* Manufacturing:*

** JOB QUALIFICATIONS

* Education:

** Associate or technical degree in engineering, drafting, product design, operations, supply chain, or another related field is preferred.

** Minimum of 4 years of experience in drafting or design support, manufacturing, product development, or equivalent experience, if degreed. Minimum of 6 years of experience in drafting or design support, manufacturing, product development, or equivalent experience, if non-degreed.
