** Im Werk BiMOS Backend in Lenzburg stellen wir effiziente und hochwertige Leistungshalbleiter für Motorensteuerungen und Wechselrichtersysteme her. Damit leisten wir einen entscheidenden Beitrag, Industrie, öffentlichen und individuellen Verkehr energieeffizienter zu gestalten und ermöglichen zugleich den Transport von erneuerbaren Energien vom Produktionsstandort bis zum Verbraucher. Unsere hochintegrierte Fertigung nach Industrie-4.0-Standard bietet dir ein spannendes und herausforderndes Arbeitsumfeld. ** Das kannst du bewirken
*** Eigenverantwortliche Fehlersuche, Störungsbehebung und Reparaturen (1st-Level-Support) an hochautomatisierten Fertigungsanlagen
* Zeit- und zustandsabhängige Instandhaltung, Wartung und Inspektion von Anlagen und Komponenten
* Kalibrierung von Anlagen sowie Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen der Fertigungsprozesse
* Optimierung und Verbesserung von Anlagen, Robotik- und Prozessabläufen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Engineering
* Sicherstellen einer umfassenden Kommunikation und Dokumentation zur Gewährleistung von Durchsatz und gleichbleibender Qualität
* Aktive Mitwirkung an Verbesserungsprojekten und Prozessoptimierungen
** Das brings du mit
*** Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung EFZ als Automatiker, Elektroniker oder Polymechaniker mit elektrotechnischer Grundausbildung
* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Instandhaltung und/oder Automatisierung, idealerweise in hochautomatisierten Fertigungsumgebungen
* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Steuerungstechnik, Pneumatik und Robotik (zertifizierte Schulungen von Vorteil)
* Sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse und Routine im Erstellen von Dokumentationen
* Analytische, strukturierte Vorgehensweise bei Systemstörungen sowie hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
* Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schicht-/Wochenendbetrieb und zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung; fliessendes Deutsch (C1), Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
