- Du baust eine ganzheitliche Test- und Qualitätsstrategie auf und entwickelst sie weiter (Unit-, Integrations-, System- und End-to-End-Tests).
- Du definierst und setzt Quality Gates sowie Definition of Ready und Definition of Done durch.
- Du koordinierst interne und externe Tester.
- Du sorgst für Transparenz über Qualitätsstatus, Risiken und technische Schulden.
- Du etablierst Qualitätskennzahlen und erstellst regelmäßige Reportings.
- Du definierst und führst einen einheitlichen Ansatz für Threat-Analysis und Risk Assessment ein (z. B. TARA oder vergleichbar).
- Du koordinierst alle Security-Aktivitäten, wie statische und dynamische Analysen sowie Penetrationstests.
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Security Engineer zusammen.
- Du verankerst Security-by-Design fest in der Produktentwicklung.
- Du dokumentierst und verfolgst Sicherheitsrisiken und
-entscheidungen nach. - Du stellst die Einhaltung der definierten Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards sicher.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Product Ownern, Technical Leads und der Abteilungsleitung zusammen.
- Du coachst und befähigst die Entwicklungsteams.
- Du eskalierst relevante Qualitäts- oder Sicherheitsrisiken.
