As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading and coordinating technical projects from design through to final delivery. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
Responsibilities- Developing technical solutions tailored to customer needs
- Monitoring project timelines and milestones
- Overseeing budget and financial tracking
- Validate and qualify projects internally and at customer sites (FAT/SAT)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Procurement and Assembly to ensure smooth execution
- Support technical documentation, ensuring it meets customer requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Fluent in English (B2/C1);
German is a plus - Project management training or certification is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High sense of responsibility and autonomy
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
Occasional travel (approx. 10%) within Switzerland and abroad
