• Manage structural and miscellaneous steel projects from start to finish.
• Ensure all contractual terms and obligations are met.
• Participate in contract negotiations and dispute resolution.
• Communicate with clients to address job needs and improve customer satisfaction.
• Interpret contract drawings, specifications, bulletins, and addendums.
• Coordinate with contractors, erectors, suppliers, and vendors to resolve barriers.
• Prepare cost estimates for change orders and drawing revisions.
• Purchase buyout items such as joists, decking, grating, and related materials.
• Create and manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project correspondence.
• Monitor project costs, profitability, schedules, and budgets.
• Visit job sites as required, including limited out-of-state travel.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships for future work.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• Proven experience and strong knowledge in project management.
• Familiarity with contract management processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Experience supervising cross-functional teams and managing resources.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam, and Tekla Power Fab (preferred).
• Knowledge of building codes and standards for structural and miscellaneous steel.
