- Travel extensively to customer sites for inspection, troubleshooting, repair, testing, and commissioning of hydrogen storage infrastructure and electrolyzers
- Lead high-level service repair projects on existing hydrogen infrastructure, including specialized procedures
- Train first responders, customers, and service personnel on troubleshooting and maintenance of hydrogen systems
- Conduct inspections and testing of industrial hydrogen infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards
- Document results from system testing and commissioning, creating and managing project task lists
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in construction, repair, or maintenance in an electrical, industrial, or mechanical field
- Associate's degree or vocational degree in engineering, electronics, pressurized systems, or a related field preferred; or 2 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Ability to travel up to 100% as required by the position
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial hydrogen systems
- Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with customers and external vendors
- Experience with industrial gas or high-pressure systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- High skill level in mechanical systems installation, troubleshooting, and repair
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software for reporting and communication
