• Operation & Maintenance of utility systems (like HVAC, Water System, Refrigeration system, Air Compressor, PSA Nitrogen, Cooling Tower, Boiler, DG Sets, etc.) as per SOP.
• Maintenance of Plant & Machinery as per SOP.
• To take care of day‑to‑day engineering activities (like routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, modification) in plant & utilities.
• Actively participate in achieving organizational goals.
• Compliance to Safety Procedures, cGMP & SOPs.
• To maintain the documents of Maintenance work as per the requirement.
• Coordination of interdepartmental activities with colleagues.
• To attend all the trainings related to the Job Role.
• Revenue & Capex Budget preparation, tracking and control.
• To participate in vendor and regulatory audits for Penem & Non‑Penem.
• To carry out Change control, unplanned & planned deviation, CAPA review report, Document retention, Audit response, review of SOPs.
• Preparation, execution & review of HVAC & utility qualification activity & documents.
• To provide engineering support for equipment qualification of Plant & Machinery.
• To indent the engineering inventory.
• Co‑ordination & follow up with purchase department, supplier for procurement of spares, maintain inventory and service related to maintenance & projects.
• Planning and monitoring the regular activity of calibration.
• Energy and Water Conservation initiatives for Non‑Penem, Penem & Sterile.
• To ensure housekeeping in respective areas.

B.Tech Mechanical / Electrical
