• Design, develop, test, and assess projects of assigned products.
• Lead direct activities to ensure achievement of design, performance, cost, schedule, and documentation requirements on time.
• Investigate and implement cost‑saving initiatives.
• Provide engineering assistance to solve production problems.
• Offer technical and analytical support to the Plant as needed.
• Develop workstation instructions/procedures and test systems.
• Carry out special tasks or duties as requested by the Engineering Manager.
• Create strategic plans for product development and launches as needed.
• Design and define instructions, procedures, or engineering principles.
• Manage engineering changes, select materials for designed products, assess parts, and recommend disposal of parts and derived materials.
• Assess and recommend equipment for workstations in the Plant.
• Maintain contact with suppliers and customers.
• Keep professional knowledge, competence, and skills current for proper execution of responsibilities.
• Ensure continuous controls on safety and health, environmental aspects, and all assigned activities.
• Provide temporary work assignments to maintain production requirements at the manager’s discretion.

• 5+ years of deep knowledge of manufacturing principles, techniques, and methods.
• 5+ years in a similar engineering position.
• Strong understanding of design, performance, cost, schedule, and documentation requirements.

Yes. Travel may be required up to 20%.
