Project Scheduler - Operational Readiness Scheduler
We are seeking an Project Scheduler to support readiness activities for a major API facility. This role centers on building, maintaining, and updating schedules, with focus on analysis, reporting, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage schedules in MS Project or Oracle Primavera P6
- Update data with project teams and stakeholders
- Provide reports and dashboards to project leadership
- Track performance, risks, and issues
- Recommend improvements and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 2–3 years in project scheduling and pharma/biotech industry
- GMP experience preferred
- Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with operational readiness projects
